About us

Welcome to Dr. Indulekha's Ayurvedic Wellness & Rejuvenation, an authentic Ayurvedic centre located in the serene surroundings of Thalassery, Kannur district, Kerala, India. Our centre is dedicated to providing traditional Ayurvedic therapies that promote holistic well- being and preventive care. We offer a range of specialized treatments, including Abyangam, Sirodhara, Sarvanga Dhara, Kizhi, Siro Vasthi, Pizichal, Nasya, Swedanam,Udwarthana along with yoga, meditation, and Pancha Karma therapies. We also incorporate leech therapy and cosmetology for comprehensive health and beauty care.

Abhyangam

Abhyanga is a massage that's done with warm oil. The oil is applied on the entire body, from the scalp to the soles of your feet. It's the most popular massage in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine from India. Ayurveda focuses on maintaining health through natural practices like massage and what you eat

Sirodhara

Shirodhara is an Ayurvedic treatment that involves slowly pouring a liquid, such as oil, milk, or buttermilk, onto the forehead. The word "shirodhara" comes from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara (flow)

Sarvanga Dhara

Sarvangadhara is a preparatory procedure in Panchakarma, the rejuvenation and revitalization therapy in Ayurveda. The term "Sarvangadhara" comes from the words "Sarvang" which means "whole body" and "Dhara" which means "pouring".

Kizhi

Kizhi is an Ayurvedic treatment in which warm poultices filled with herbal oils, powders or medical concoctions are applied and massaged over the body. The natural healing herbs are crushed and bundled into muslin cloth to form boluses.

Pizhichil

In Sanskrit, Pizhichil means 'to squeeze'. In this treatment a piece of cloth is dipped in warm medicated oil and is then squeezed and poured onto the patient followed by a rejuvenating massage

Nasya

Nasya is an Ayurvedic treatment that involves administering therapeutic substances through the nasal cavity to cleanse the upper respiratory passage and purify the head region
